My colleagues:
　　My Life future and long-cherished is the idea of Linmao people to pursue perfect .I have three ideas always in my heart:
　　First:meet the requirement of clients resorting to fair price,excellent product and perfect service.
　　Second:provide equal chance to all providers of the company.
　　Third:I will do my best to respect and encourage the competence and creation of each person,who will gain reasonable profits and devote more to the society.
　　Flour:I energy, do utmost the work, respects and drove each person"s ability and the creativity, earn the reasonable profit, makes the more tributes ape to the society.......
　　I hope the rewards we gain will bring more staff the chance to work andstudy successively,which will make them have money and time to care for their families and repay the society.I always insist on the tenet of kind .An environment which will allow then to show their talent and competence ,the chance to be exalted.and the feeling of a warm family and the treatment of friendship.The people leaving their hometown will be really welcome when they are among their friends .I will continue to realize my dream:regardless of whether my company is large or small,I will help the pupils to go to school as far as possible .This is a signficant thing ,and it is a happy thing to me to help them.
